For a custom-made watch use our contact form, or our e-mail: info@nabandco.shop the assembly process generally takes 2 weeks.
For a fully customized creation, where you send us specific requests by e-mail, the lead time can extend to 3 weeks. This extra time allows me to ensure that every detail of your bespoke watch is perfectly executed.
On the other hand, for a watch purchased directly from my online boutique, without any additional personalization, the lead time is shorter. You can expect your watch to be ready for shipment within 1-2 weeks.
Absolutely, we are equipped with a state-of-the-art laser engraver that enables us to engrave personalized messages or motifs on your watches. Thanks to this technology, we can make precise engravings on different parts of the watch, including: case backs, crowns, dial personalization.
Every watch manufactured in our workshop comes with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and operating problems under normal use.
You can pay for your purchases either by credit card via Stripe, or by PayPal. Both payment options are 100% secure, giving you peace of mind during your transactions.
We offer free delivery worldwide. All my watches are assembled and shipped from my workshop.
For deliveries, we use the FedEx Express service, renowned for its speed and reliability.
